     Tony’s Cafe Cart was born in the summer of 2022, when I was just a lifeguard brewing coffee for my coworkers in a utility closet. What started as a hobby quickly became a calling, one fueled by a goal to discover what great coffee can mean, and a dream to pioneer a new way of doing business in the coffee service industry. Our beans are sourced from fair-trade, cooperatively owned farms. We offer products that are 100% organic, and every cup we serve is entirely compostable and biodegradable. That means zero plastic waste and zero chemicals-just ethically made coffee that tastes as good as it feels to drink.

     But we’re not stopping with a simple cart. The next step is Tony’s Cafe Lounge, a space that will redefine what a coffee shop can be. Fair wages, profit-sharing for staff, student discounts, late-night study hours, and a comfy, thoughtfully designed environment. This coffee shop would work for the community, not just profit from it. When you support Tony’s, you’re not just buying coffee.
